The CPSRS (Child Passenger Safety Resources & Support) initiative supports Florida’s child passenger safety and occupant protection partners through scholarships, stipends, communication, and outreach. Scholarships are available for community advocates who want to become a certified CPS technician, and certified CPSTs who want to recertify or become an instructor candidate or technician proxy. Stipends help CPST-Is (CPS Technician Instructors) with the expense of teaching the CPST Certification Training Course in FDOT priority counties.
