Walaa’s background is in civil engineering. Before joining the T2 Center, she worked on various construction design projects, where she was involved in drafting construction plans, assisting with concrete and site design, and coordinating permitting processes. She also has experience supporting project teams, managing documentation, and communicating with contractors and engineers. During school, Walaa worked part-time, which helped her develop strong customer service skills and the ability to manage competing priorities on tight deadlines.
