To comply with federal regulations, community partners must follow these procedures when distributing specialty traffic safety items, including bicycle helmets, bicycle lights, armbands, and wristbands:

FAQ
You may pair a helmet with an armband and distribute together, but only 1 item may be paired with the helmet and it cannot be another helmet.
At a presentation or training, have attendees fill in the signature form(s) alongside your event sign in.
If children are the item recipients, submit a form with each child’s first name and a signature from the instructor verifying this as true and correct.
These items are available statewide while supplies last.
