Workshops

Cement-Based Applications for Pavement Workshop

Portland cement can be used to improve subgrade soils, strengthen pavement bases, and serve as an effective material for backfill. The T2 Center’s “Cement-Based Applications for Pavement” course is a one-day workshop that trains attendees on, among other things, how to recycle worn-out flexible pavements in order to create environmentally friendly pavements.

How Can You Help T2 Classes Go?

While session cancellations are frustrating, they are an unfortunate, but necessary, piece of the training puzzle. We understand how difficult it can be for our trainees to arrange time, travel, and job coverage, so we carefully consider every element that goes into our courses before we decide to cancel.

Exclusive Class Options: Your Training, Your Way!

We at the T2 Center always do our best to ensure you get the training you need. If we cancel a class and you really need the training, we can work with you to get it to you where you need it, when you need it!

Keeping Up-to-date through Technical Review Teams

Technical Review Teams (TRTs) provide technical advice in each of the Construction Training/Qualification Program (CTQP) subject areas: aggregates, asphalt, concrete, final estimates, geotechnical, and quality control. TRT members are individuals who are considered experts in their fields and are appointed to TRT positions by the Director of the Office of Construction.
